Production

The Door Scene is a short narrative exercise in visual storytelling and suspense. This short video explores visual storytelling through a simple yet dramatic moment. I contributed as the editor, filmmaker, on-screen talent, and crew member, collaborating on every phase from pre-production to final cut. This project highlights my ability to work across multiple roles while shaping how much emotion, narrative, mood and meaning can be conveyed through cinematic language.
In this live studio production, I assumed the role of director in the control room, overseeing camera switching, timing, visual composition, and real-time coordination with the technical crew and on-air talent. This experience sharpened my ability to lead under pressure, make quick creative decisions, and ensure seamless production flow during live broadcast conditions. It reflects my strength in both leadership and technical direction within a collaborative media environment.
This is a fully independent, interview-style production. The project centers on authentic storytelling, capturing personal insight through a documentary lens. I managed every aspect of the project, from pre-production planning, script and question development, to camera work, interview execution, B-roll visuals, editing, and post-production. The result is a cohesive, story-driven piece that captures authentic dialogue while showcasing my ability to craft narrative, manage technical workflow, and bring a complete vision to life from start to finish.
